Atlantic City plans to invest $6 million to transform a six-block area in Atlantic City’s South Inlet neighborhood. The investment celebrates the admired Absecon Lighthouse and creates a large park in its name between Atlantic and Pacific Avenue and extending from Rhode Island Boulevard to the waterfront.
