AIRBNB PROHIBITED, NO SHORT-TERM RENTALS
Building Access:
All Guests must sign in every time they enter the building. For the safety of all Bella Residents, Visitors and Staff, please do not allow piggybacking off your FOB. Each person must use their own FOB to gain entrance into the building.
Bella Emergency Evacuation Procedure For All Owners, Tenants, and Visitors
Pet Policy:
- 2 pets maximum per unit (Unit Owners only)
- 40 pound weight limit
- Tenants are not permitted pets
- Pet Policy July 25, 2020
- Guests are not allowed to bring pets into the building
- Pets Must Be Registered with the Property Manager and Front Desk, and must provide proof of vaccination
