Bella Condominiums welcomes Keith Silverman

Bella Condominiums and SDC Realty would like to welcome Keith Silverman to the team. As of December 1, Keith has begun assuming the role of Property Manager at the Bella. Keith has an extensive and varied background. He has worked as a member of the White house Press Corps for CNN in the early eighties and as the Director of Corporate Communications for the American Stock Exchange. He was a founding partner of a New York based film company. Keith was instrumental in development and management of 74 properties in Hoboken, close to 450 units. He has worked in residential and commercial real estate, and as a business broker for the past six years here in South Jersey. He has also been the president of two condo association boards. He will prove to be a valuable asset to Bella, and we welcome him on board.
