Homes Sales Up in Atlantic County

The National Association of Realtors announced Wednesday that existing homes sales rose nearly 8% in August. Two hundred and twenty four MLS listed homes were sold in August, which are 6 more than what was sold in July and 43 more than in August 2011. Inventories in Atlantic County are currently lower than they have been at least 5 years. In fact at BELLA we have had 3 Sales in last 2 months and interest is picking up!!
