Margaritaville set to open Memorial Weekend 2013

The $35 million dollar project poured its concrete base for the new Margaritaville, Landshark Bar and Grill. The resort centerpiece will sprawl over 200 feet and replace the former Steeplechase Pier. It is slated to be the ONLY beachfront year round entertainment and dining facility. Parrotheads throughout the North East are expected to flock to the venue, considering the highest population density of Buffet fans are in the northeast.
