November’s 1st Saturday Get-Together

1st Saturday Get-Together on November 3 was held in the beautiful Penthouse 2501. Notes of appreciation to Tom and Alycia Scannapieco for letting us use their Penthouse. Only a few days after Superstorm Sandy struck New Jersey, it was great to see our neighbors, share experiences and have some fun. Bella was very fortunate—the storm left the building undamaged.

NFC Amenity Management Lifestyle Director, Lisa Korcz, was introduced to a group of about 16 residents who stopped up for a glass of wine, antipasti and sweets. Lisa was anxious to hear from everyone since NFC just recently began concierge services at Bella.

An Edible Fruit Bouquet was provided by Edie and Pat, our two concierges at the front desk as a way of saying ‘thank you’ to all the residents who made them feel safe, secure and well fed throughout their stay during Sandy. How great was that! Wine was generously provided by Mark Callazzo, Bella’s newest condominium owner (Residence 905) and presented by Paul Tonacci, Owner/Operator of Atlantic City Bottle Company, a new wine and whiskey bar opening early in 2013. Atlantic City Bottle Company will also be serving fabulous tapas and will be located across from the stadium at 648 North Albany Avenue. Many thanks to Mark and Paul.
